Job Description:

 Deal with the full cycle of human resources leadership in accordance to the MOHRE process from overseeing payroll, documentations, employment requests and process improvements

 Be a business partner to finalize stage in employment hiring and or termination in line with labor laws procedure

 Responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level,

 Act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters

 Support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture thru management of KPIs /grades

Qualifications:

 Open to Arabic nationals

 Male, 50 years old and below

 At least 5 year as head of HR preferably from a group of companies

 In depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, organization grading, KPI, training and assessment

 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
